【Responsibilities】
🔹To process all transactions (both cash and non-cash) accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures;
🔹Conduct dozens of bank’s routine transactions in accordance with established guideline (cash cheques, accept deposits, tax/insurance/school payment and process withdrawals etc.) accurately and efficiently;
🔹Resolve customers’ issues and provide relevant information.
【Requirements】
🔹Bachelor’s degree holder
🔹Working experience is preferred but not essential
🔹Pleasant character with good communication skills
🔹Proficient in PC applications
🔹Good command of English and Chinese
