Roles and Responsibilities

• To prepare tendering documents, contracts and service orders

• To conduct tender evaluation from commercial prospective

• To consolidate the results of tender evaluation, propose recommendations and reports for management decision

• To research and make analysis for appropriate suppliers

• To coordinate tender process including the liaison with external and internal parties

• To assist in the preparation of monthly reports, ad-hoc reports, analysis and presentations

• To monitor tendering procedures to ensure the compliance of Purchasing Manual & Company Policy

Requirements

• Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Law, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Electronics or Electrical Engineerin

• Computer Literacy

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must

• Good knowledge in Chinese word processing

• Language Skills

• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English

• Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage

• Others

• Experience in Procurement is preferred

• Knowledge of Macau related law, company ordinance and corporate / commercial law is preferred

• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity

• Hardworking, willing to work under pressure, to learn and adapt to changes

• Meticulous, with good analytical skills and well-organized

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• To coordinate and participate in the evaluation of application in regarding engineering work of Customer Installation, Maintenance and Projects

• To assist in the management of Metering related systems

• To provide engineering support including technical data collection, review and analysis

• To coordinate with contractors/service providers for the implementation, installation, testing and commissioning of Metering related installation.

Requirements

• Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines

• Computer Literacy

• Knowledge on Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing are mandatory

• Knowledge on application related to power systems is preferred

• Language Skills

• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English

• Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage

• Others

• Project management experience of power systems is preferred

• Enthusiastic, responsible, self-motivated and with high team dynamics

• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Good analytical, problem-solving and report writing skills

• Possess driving license of light vehicle

Roles and Responsibilities

• Focus in Data Analytics, Web Service Prototyping and IT System implementation

• Analyze requirements on digital transformation areas and assess detailed solutions options

• Develop web prototypes and document the requirements for development

• Work closely with IT & user department to communicate project statuses and proposals

• Engage in the entire system development life cycle

• Develop program codes/web application and web dashboards according to the business requirements to enhance Customer Experience and User Experience working processes

• Perform the data preparation and analysis on various application data to cater for ad-hoc and regular requests and seek for improvements on analysis conclusion

Requirements

• Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines

• Relevant work experiences in web development, user experience design or data analysis applications

• Computer Literacy

• Proficient in C#, Java and EXCEL are compulsory

• Knowledge in either .Net, .Net Core, MVC framework, Python, WebService SOAP, Restful, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript preferred

• Knowledge in relevant IT systems such as SQL Server, Web Services, .NET Framework, Windows Platform, Visual Studio Development Suite, MS Power BI, SPSS...etc. will be an advantage

• Language Skill

• Proficient in spoken and written Chinse and English

• Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage

• Others

• Enthusiastic, responsible, with strong team spirit and being initiative

• Able to work and make decisions under pressure
