Senior Developer

Participate inclient technical meetings, accurately gather, analyze, and clarify userrequirements.
Be responsible forproject progress tracking, resource coordination, and risk management toensure successful project delivery.
Conduct technicalfeasibility analysis and system design based on client requirements.
Propose softwarearchitecture and implementation plans with high scalability, highperformance, and maintainability.
Design andimplement complex business workflows, ensuring the efficiency andreliability of process automation solutions.
Be responsible forthe development, coding, and unit testing of core modules.
Lead projectdeployment, launch, and subsequent optimization and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proficient in OOP(Object-Oriented Programming) concepts and practices.
Familiar with theLaravel PHP framework, with substantial commercial project developmentexperience.
Familiar withdatabase design and optimization, including normalization processes andindexing strategies.
Familiar with theapplication, maintenance, and performance tuning of various commondatabases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis).
Familiar withworkflow design and application; practical experience with workflowengines such as Flowable or Activiti will be given priority.
Familiar with APIdesign and RESTful conventions. Understanding of front-end technologies(e.g., Vue.js, React, Angular).
Familiar with Javaand the Spring framework technology stack.
Understanding ofcontainerization technologies like Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Possess teammanagement or project leadership experience.
Possess projectmanagement mindset, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously andmaintain progress under pressure.
Proactive with apassion and ability for solving complex problems.
Focus on codequality with good technical documentation writing habits.
