Retail Operations - Administrator

Job Description:

  • Provide secretarialand administrative support for the Retail Operations department, includingarranging meetings, managing appointment schedules, preparingcorrespondence, reports, minutes, logistics arrangements for new teammembers, and liaising with other departments for related paperwork.

  • Coordinate andmanage business-related activities and events.

  • Carry out specifictasks, reports, projects, and research as required on a regular basis.

Position Requirements:

  • At least 3 years ofadministrative work experience.

  • Good command ofEnglish, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

  • Good organizationaland interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
