Retail Operations - Administrator
Job Description:
Provide secretarialand administrative support for the Retail Operations department, includingarranging meetings, managing appointment schedules, preparingcorrespondence, reports, minutes, logistics arrangements for new teammembers, and liaising with other departments for related paperwork.
Coordinate andmanage business-related activities and events.
Carry out specifictasks, reports, projects, and research as required on a regular basis.
Position Requirements:
At least 3 years ofadministrative work experience.
Good command ofEnglish, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Good organizationaland interpersonal skills.
Proficient inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Finance Officer
Position Requirements:
Bachelor degree or higher diploma in Accounting
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks in timely manner
Fresh graduate is welcome
