Customer Services Officer (Ref. 213/2025) 

Job Responsibilities and Descriptions:

  • Conducting and coordination of passengers, airlines and airport services related surveys;

  • Preparation and supply of airport statistics and other information;

  • Monitoring the activities of the sub-concessionaires, license holders and other service operators;

  • Proposing and ensuring implementation of the policies and procedures established in controlling the commercial and operational spaces;

  • Monitoring the production, design and application of permanent way finding signage and temporary operational signs at the airport;

  • Administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent;

  • At least 1 year experience or graduate in one of the following areas:

    - Marketing

    - Hospitality/ Customer services

    - Tenancy Management    

    - Statistics provision and analysis    

    - Service coordination and design   

  • Preferably in relation to aviation business.
