Applications are now invited for the following position in Membership, Events & Communications Division:
Administrative Assistant
Requirements & Responsibilities:
--University graduate from Communications, Event Management, Literature or other related disciplines
--Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
--Good writing, editing, proofreading, communication and coordination skills
--Self-motivated and good team player, able to work independently and under pressure
--Experience on event organizing will be an advantage
--Proficiency in MS Office applications. Knowledge and experience of digital communication tools will be an advantage
--Immediately available is highly preferred
--Responsible for events coordination, drafting and editing communications copy (e.g. press releases, speech and correspondences)
--To provide effective administrative support and perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors
