• DSAL 150-hours Safety Supervisor Course or Registered Safety Officer or equivalent) is an advantage.

• At least 8 years (with at least 3 years as Crane or relevant Manager).

• Languages: Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).

工作範疇   

• Supervise daily workshop operations, including task scheduling and resource planning.

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on crane, heavy vehicles and truck-mounted cranes.

• Lead, support, and mentor technicians, apprentices, and support staff.

• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of both planned maintenance and emergency breakdown response.

• Communicate effectively with operations, logistics, and management teams.

• Maintain workshop standards in line with health & safety and compliance regulations.

• Be available for flexible work hours.

資格    

• Degree or above in BS / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.

• Qualification in surveying or a related field (preferred but not essential).

• Proficiency in CAD & surveying software.

• Experience with Leica equipment and laser scanning (preferred but not essential).

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal as client facing work is commonplace.

• Strong experience in site coordination and supervision, including system installation, monitoring site progress, and testing and commissioning.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high sense of responsibility.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Knowledge of BIM or MiMEP will be an advantage.

• Registration with DSSCU as MEP Engineer is preferred.

工作範疇   

• Work with project managers and engineers to gather sufficient information for drawings preparation. Ensure designs and drawings comply with required standards.

• Site coordination with vendors to comply with the project schedule.

• Carry out day-to-day site activities.

• Monitor and supervise subcontractor to complete the project on site.

• Attend the official and site meeting and coordinate with client's representative, architects and sub-contractors.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in project coordination and supervision, preferably in E&M construction projects / building services contracts.

• Strong experience in site coordination and supervision, including system installation, monitoring site progress, and testing and commissioning.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high sense of responsibility.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Knowledge of BIM or MiMEP will be an advantage.

• Registration with DSSCU as MEP Engineer is preferred.

• Candidate with junior level will be considered as MEP Engineer.

• Undertake regular site inspections, ensuring safe work practices, monitoring progress, assuring quality of works in accordance with the design.

• Take the leading role in communicating with the client, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, suppliers at all project stages.

• Manage and coordinate permitting and statutory matters, submissions, and approvals.
