Responsibilities:

  • Handling full set of account including the preparation of vouchers (AR, AP), data entry, bank reconciliation and accounting schedules

  • Carry out routine account duties include invoice and payment process

  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing, annual audit and financial statements

  • Analyze data and cost elements

  • Coordinate with other departments on accounting matters

  • Perform Ad hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or related discipline with LCCI intermediate or above

  • At least 3 years accounting experience

  • Accounting experience in construction industry would be an advantage

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Mature and independent, strong analytical skills and able to meet deadlines

  • Good command in English and Cantonese

  • Immediately available is preferred
